Hi,
Welcome to our 2009 school exchange Blog. In the Spring 2009, children from Asuncion Rincon School (Madrid) and Robert Wilkinson VC Primary School (UK), will be taking part in a school exchange. The link between schools originated during an Anglo-Spanish Contact Seminar held in Sheffield during 2005. Since then we have developed our partnership. 2009 will mark the second time we have undertaken a joint exchange.
We hope you will enjoy reading about our project. This site has been set up so that pupils may share cultural similarities and learn about the differences between schools.
Project Aims:
. To develop the core themes of healthy eating and physical activity.
. To engage young people in the whole concept of healthy lifestyles.
. Promoting the health and well-being of pupils, promoting learning and healthy lifestyle choices.
. To promote collaborative work on healthy eating and physical activities.
. To develop the Robert Wilkinson Primary School KIDS COOK SCHOOL to have an international dimension.
